The main floor primary suite has all the perks, including a jetted tub, shower and a closet with built in shelving. Upstairs has a large loft area, 2 bedroom and another full bath. Walkout basement is unfinished and would make a great office, exercise room, family room or playroom. Savannah Commons Subdivision includes a community pool, yard maintenance and trash pickup (all included with rent). This place is pet friendly, but we do require an additional $350 deposit per pet along with an additional $25/month per pet fee, 2 pet limit. No Smoking.
