The Edgewood neighborhood lies about three miles southwest of downtown Fort Lauderdale, just north of I-595 and the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. Absolutely trash
This property is literally not managed at all. There are at a minimum of 4 illegally parked cars on the grass, in front of the dumpster, and in/on the actual street every single day. Not to mention they have a ROOSTER. Which is illegal and crows not only ALL night. Usually, starts at 2am, goes through 6am, but sometimes he’s crazy, sometimes he crows all night and day. No one checks this property, ever! Do NOT RENT! You will live with a rooster.
