Description: This is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment. This apartment is set up to accommodate a handicap person. This apartment is located close to the bike path and with in walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Monthly rent is $750.00, an additional charge of $25.00 for the second person (775.00). This building has a controlled entrance. Utilities: The monthly rent includes water, heat, and electric. We also will provide lawn care, and snow removal in the parking lot / walk ways. You will have to pay for TV (Charter ready), Phone and Internet service that you would like. Also in the summer we do allow window AC units. Maintenance: We have a 24-hour maintenance line. We will fix/address any issues you may have in a timely matter. Furnishings: We will provide you a stove/oven, microwave and a refrigerator. There is a laundry room onsite with two sets of coin operated washer and dryers. Pets: This is a "No Pet" apartment building. Lease: This is for a one-year lease, however we can do longer.
