Step through kitchen French doors onto a huge 300 square foot deck: your private oasis in the city. Walk to Tattered Cover, Congress Park Pool, Botanic Gardens, and City Park. Coffee at Downpours right around the corner, across from 12th Avenue Market and Zorba's restaurant. Dishwasher and disposer in the kitchen, laundry room in the basement (shared with 1st floor couple). Two individual furnaces with separate ducting and thermostat for each apartment, upstairs and down. Showing this weekend, Saturday 2/20 and Sunday 2/21, apply and contact me for further info. Up to two cats okay with $100 deposit. We pay water/sewer, you pay gas/electric. On street parking. No smoking. No dogs.
