I'm a graduating UVA student who is looking to transfer the rental contract for a PRIVATE, FURNISHED 1bed/1bath room in a 1,450 sq. ft. 4-bedroom/4-bathroom suite at Eagles Landing Apartments, Charlottesville. The apartment suite includes laundry (washer/dryer) in the unit, a balcony, all-inclusive parking (as many spots as needed), access to the apartment complex's gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and library (free Wifi, computer and printer usage, and coffee/tea). There are also multiple day-time shuttles to UVA and downtown Charlottesville. You will be sharing the kitchen and living room space with 3 other girls, but will have your own private bedroom and bathroom. Monthly rent is $476 (including utilities and WiFi). The contract is currently set to expire on July 15, but can be extended with the Eagles Landing management.
