About This Home
If you're seeking a magnificent townhome on Findlay Market, named one of the Ten Best Food Markets in the World, this is the place for you. Featuring a rooftop deck, a custom Italian kitchen, and two living rooms, the whole group can comfortably stay in or explore the city. With five beautifully appointed bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and ample communal areas, this townhome provides an ideal setting for large groups or families seeking a memorable stay. The grandeur continues with the expansive European-style kitchen, where culinary enthusiasts will find themselves inspired to create delicious meals. Equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, ample counter space, and all the necessary cookware, this kitchen is a chef's dream come true. After a day of exploring the city or indulging in local delicacies, unwind on the stunning rooftop patio. Adorned with comfortable seating and offering breathtaking views of the surrounding cityscape, it's the perfect spot to relax, sip a glass of wine, and soak in the vibrant energy of downtown Cincinnati. The free parking advertised is one monthly garage pass for a brand new garage about 3-5 minutes' walk away, available only for stays of 21 days or longer. The building does not have private parking, but there is plentiful street parking on weekdays, a garage at Washington Park, and an inexpensive pay lot a 5-minute walk away. One of the largest, most intact historic districts in the United States, Over-the-Rhine, has been the location of heightened gentrification efforts for the city of Cincinnati. In recent years, there has been a burst of restoration and development, with hundreds of newly opened boutiques, restaurants, bars, breweries, and other businesses. Over-the-Rhine is home to Cincinnati's best and most numerous bars, restaurants, cafes, parks, and even two breweries within walking distance. It's walking distance to TQL Stadium, Washington Park, Music Hall, and the spaces where the Opera, Ballet, and Symphony play. If you're here for the baseball game, Great American Ballpark is just over a 1-mile walk, or you can hop on the Streetcar a few blocks away. The neighborhood boasts an absolutely beautiful stock of charming Italianate architecture. The property does not allow parties or amplified music without advance written consent. Throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code. Quiet hours are from 9:30pm-8am. Smoking or lighting anything in the property is prohibited and may result in a $300 cleaning fee. A $170 re-keying fee applies for unreturned keys. Additional fees may apply for excessive cleaning or damages. You can relax and stream your favorite shows and movies on one of the three Smart TVs, get some work done in the office area on the second landing, and catch up on laundry with the in-unit washer/dryer.
