About This Property

Fresh wood-like-plank flooring make this place sharp. Tucked away for privacy, it is the farthest unit in the back building. There is a private patio off the living room. Separate laundry room comes with washer & dryer (maintained at your expense). There is a detached, one car garage. Pets to be considered on a case by case basis. Pets must be adult, fixed and friendly. There will be an additional, refundable deposit. Landlord pays for water, sewer and trash. We are looking for people with permanent employment (or retired), verifiable gross income of $3150 or more, excellent credit, and landlord or mortgage history.
