The weather will warm up eventually, and you'll be able to enjoy that from our delightful porch. This house is brand new to the market and I am taking great care to furnish and decorate it. More picutres will be available soon! Better yet, come see for yourself! Summer weeks are still available in July and August at $2,300 per week with a Saturday changeover. September and October are $2,300 per week and a wonderful time to be down the shore! Showings available over Martin Luther King Day weekend and other times by appointment. This property is not suitable for large groups, events, parties, or pets. No smoking allowed. Must have a clean background and good rental history to apply. First, last, and security due at lease signing.

Ventnor City is a thriving beach community on New Jersey’s coastline, just a few blocks down the road from Atlantic City. The town is mostly residential, with a mix of swanky beachfront condos and more affordable houses making up much of the rental market. Ventnor Avenue serves as the main commercial corridor across the Absecon Island, and this is where you’ll find most of the shops, restaurants, and even the local grocery stores, banks, and clinics.
Of course, the ocean and the beach are the biggest attractions around, easily within walking distance for most residents. Living in Ventnor City puts you close enough to Atlantic City to take advantage of the stellar nightlife and entertainment, but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet in your home life.
