Short-Term/Vacation Rentals- Pricing is based on a 2 night minimum during the off season, a 3-4 night minimum on holiday/peak weekends and full week/7night rentals during peak season with a max occupancy of 17 guests. Mid-Term/Long Term Rentals- These are only available during the off season and pricing is based on a 2 month minimum with an 8 guest occupancy for $6000/month utilities included. For each additional guest there is an additional $250/month rent increase with a maximum capacity of 17 guests. Off Season Discounted Rates- During the off season pricing is discounted 20% for 1 week stays, 30% for 2 week stays, 40% for 3 week stays and 50% for 4 week stays. The Brigantine Surf Shack is the perfect place for family gatherings, smaller groups of friends, traveling nurses, AtlantiCare medical residents, corporate healthcare housing, remote workers, corporate/family relocation, contractors and insurance temporary housing. It has a laid-back Hawaiian vibe with a customizable ambience for any occasion. The games, TV's, bar, patio, spacious rooms and endless entertainment provide you with all the essentials for a recipe of nothing but a good time and memories that will last a lifetime. The property is a 6-bedroom, 3-bath, single family home with spacious rooms and plenty of seating. Every room is equipped with a personal desk space, smart TV, blackout curtains and sleep machine, There is an enclosed backyard with patio dining seating for 12 and an attached garage converted into a rec room. The house has a laid-back, eclectic, homey feel and has all of the basic essentials you would find in a home. The entertainment options are endless, so boredom is not an option. An arcade machine along with a Nintendo, N64, Wii, foosball, ping pong, board game library and plenty of yard games will keep any group busy and having fun. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and is not a party house. No commercial, large or noisy groups please. Dogs are permitted with pre-approved arrangements before booking for a fee.
