The townhome is easy to access off of Peoria Ave. and Ford Ave. The clubhouse, pool, and mailboxes are close to the townhome. The townhome is located in a nice and safe neighborhood. The property is centrally located in Aurora just north of Mississippi Ave. on Peoria St. There are grocery stores, restaurants, and Havana Gardens (commercial stores) within 5 miles of the property. It is also has easy access to bus routes and I-225. No dogs. Great location with easy access to I-225, Peoria St., and Havana St. Move in date anytime after June 30, 2021.
