Top that off with a gorgeous heated pool, you will absolutely love with this home! Weekly pool service included in rental rate. Available unfurnished or partially furnished. No smoking or recreational drugs allowed on property. Dogs ok. **Serious applicants only. Rental term lengths available include 11.5 month, 23.5 month, and 35.5 month beginning July 7th, 2025. All 18 year+ prospective tenants will be required to pass background and credit check.
