Pets are welcome with a limit of 2 pets per reservation and a one-time non-refundable pet deposit of $250. There is a weight limit of 50 lbs and no aggressive breeds are allowed. Free off-street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Residents of Pine Brook enjoy easy access to a variety of amenities, including shopping and dining at the nearby Kirkwood Plaza shopping center and recreation at White Clay Creek State Park, which offers hiking, biking, and fishing. The University of Delaware is just a short drive away. The neighborhood is conveniently located near major highways, making it easy to commute to Philadelphia, Wilmington, and other nearby cities. No smoking or parties are allowed inside the building or private apartments. Quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am, during which music and TV should be kept to a minimum. Check-in is after 4pm, and you can access your apartment using a smart lock with the last 4 digits of your phone number. A laundry card is provided upon check-in and must be left in the same spot upon check-out to avoid a replacement fee. The laundry room is situated on the ground floor and operates using a card system for payment.
