Private garage parking for 2 full vehicles is available underneath the condo. No parking pass is required, and you can park anywhere in front of the building you are staying in. Situated between 12th and 13th Avenues South in Surfside Beach, this condo offers an ideal location with ocean views. You'll be close to the brand-new Surfside Pier and its delicious eateries, as well as fabulous restaurants and shopping within a 5-10 minute drive. For a different experience, head to the Murrells Inlet Marsh walk. Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Events are not allowed. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please treat the home and grounds with respect. All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the trashcans provided on the sides of the buildings.
