PRICE REDUCTION!!!Quiet comfy condo. North facing so it's cool in the summer and warm in the winter. AC and heat work wonderfully with $40 energy credit from Xcel every November. Tenant will set up and pay the Excel energy bill the 15th of every month. Beautiful open kitchen with lots of counter and cupboard storage. It has a newer used refrigerator/ freezer, a gas stove / oven and of course a dishwasher and garbage disposal. All appliances are clean and working. Very large dining and living room area with toasty fireplace and full patio sliding door. Large master bedroom with full patio door to deck, his and hers closet and sliding door closet into a wonderful master bath.Smaller second bedroom with hallway bathroom, large window, sliding door closet and solid door to deck. Stacked washer and dryer are behind an according door in hallway off the kitchen. Small open pantry just inside front door. The unit comes with one assigned parking space and one garage space a short walk from the building. You also will have access to the pool, hot tub, clubhouse, workout room during the summer months and it's a short walk around only one other building. To the south there is a very nice large park for playing and walking and enjoying wildlife in the pond. Schools, shopping and restaurants are a short drive away. This is a VERY lovely unit that I have owned for almost 4 years, but I reside in Castle Rock now, so I am hoping to keep leasing it out. I am fine with well-behaved children and small dogs being in my unit. I do wish to sign an 18-month lease, with automatic payments by the 7th of every month, because sometime down the road when I decide to sell and move out of state I need my condo to be available to sell in the springtime not in the winter. The hot water heater and furnace are located in the deck closet and I do supply 4 filters every year that I expect my tenants to change out quarterly.
