(608) 732-0318 - Large house in quiet neighborhood close to UWP - Large house on double lot, 2-3 bedrooms, appliances furnished. Tenant responsible for utilities, lawn care and snow removal. No pets. Off street parking. Garage not included at the present time but may be in the future. Large deck. Please keep in mind when looking at the photos, we are still currently in the process of cleaning and repairing quite a bit. The sunroom and living room will have carpet over the damaged hardwood. The sunroom and dining room can be used as bedrooms if needed. There are two true bedrooms otherwise. There is a half bathroom upstairs however the city says that we cannot use it due to not having an exhaust fan installed at this time so we have simply turned the water off. Back door will be replaced but had to be special ordered, so it will not be installed until end of October or beginning of November.
