About This Property

This centrally located condo is halfway between CSU and Front Range. Close to all kinds of restaurants, gyms, stores, and schools. There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a coat closed and a larger closet as well with a shelf along the tops of both. Also in the master room is a vanity and sink. It is attached to the bathroom that has a tub shower combo and toilet. There is another room attached to the shower/toilet that has a vanity and sink, and a linen closet. The second bedroom is smaller, but has a large closet as well. Stacked washer and dryer in unit. The living room has a fire place and a sliding door to a shared back yard. There is a patio block for this unit. The kitchen has a bar counter attached with a few bar stools. Dining area has plenty of room. This condo comes furnished including beds and dressers for both rooms, a couch, chair, T.V. and coffee table for the living room, dining table with 6 chairs and a matching hutch, and an outside patio table and grill. I prefer at least a one year commitment, longer would be fine as well. Animals are allowed, but will need to have the carpet cleaned upon move out. This condo can be left furnished or I can remove the furniture.
