LOGAN CIRCLE – 2 ROOMS FOR RENT Two rooms available for rent starting December 1. Room 1 - $1450 a month Room 2 - $1325 a month Two story row house in Logan Circle has two rooms available. The house is located near a ton of restaurants/bars, including 14th Street, Shaw, U Street, etc… Every metro line within a half mile walk. Rooms unfurnished. Utilities are split amongst the three of us and run on average $125 a month per person with some fluctuation during heatwaves/frosts. Private owner who is easily available and responsive should anything arise. About the current renter – 30-year-old lawyer who has lived in the house for three years. He likes to go to sports events, try new foods, go to museums, and travel. Please reach out if interested. Thanks.
