My rent special is a new amenity at the Pace casa: a new pillow for each new guest. Whether you like down alternative, memory foam, or natural fibers, I furnish a new pillow for each guest that you can take with you when they leave. After you are booked and paid for the first month, you go to Amazon and select a standard-size pillow valued up to $50. (If you need a king pillow, please bring your pillow covers - I only have standard.) If you register your choice in advance of your arrival, I will purchase the pillow and hopefully have it for you by the time you arrive. That part is kind of up to you....and shipping. This amenity is available only after the deposit and first month's rent are paid in full in advance of arrival - and there is a limit of $50 on the pillow price (with free shipping only). Everyone should have a fresh pillow to sleep on.

Golf driving range nearby, parks and cycling trails, shopping and proximate to SAPD police substation, providing peace of mind. Very little crime in this area. The guest space: Extra quiet, large, 15 x 15 room with 3x5 ft. entry, which provides additional privacy. King-size bed, nightstands, lamps, dresser, large wall mirror. Ensuite private bathroom and dressing area with walk-in closet. Large window with blinds and curtains, ceiling fan. TV provided upon request. Fast fiber WIFI is provided, with Netflix and Roku for streaming. Full-size washer/dryer and full-size guest refrigerator in carpeted garage.

Located only 20 minutes north of San Antonio, McAllister Park is a small suburb filled with charming single family homes and modern apartment complexes. The namesake park is the heart of the neighborhood and represents what the community here loves: sports and outdoor recreation. In the park, there are several pavilions for picnics, soccer fields, baseball fields, and other sports facilities. Families and friends rally together for sporting events at Jerry Comalander Stadium or Josh Davis Natatorium. Watch the big game at Wetmore City Limits, a local watering hole with live music.
