On this level, there is a front small patio/balcony with exterior stairs to the ground floor. The main loft bedroom and bathroom are on the third level. PARKVIEW VILLAS COMPLEX The complex is charming and well maintained with lush desert landscaping. Enjoy full access to a large heated swimming pool and a jacuzzi spa. There are three large bbq grills near the pool area.
