Location, privacy, and view: You would be in the hills of South Pasadena. Parking is available. on carport. Nestled between both downtown Los Angeles - and to Pasadena's "Old Town."Please no animals, and this studio is both efficient and small, I love animals, but since I have one on the property, I don't want another one. The studio is not self-contained. It was built in the same structure of my house.
