About This Property
Available 2/13. Fully renovated 2 bed 2 bath basement apartment. Pets (small dogs and cats) are allowed with a pet deposit and $25/pet/month fee. Tenant pays gas (heat), electricity and internet. Water/sewer/trash/recycle is included. Full kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, custom breakfast bar, flat top stove. The apartment has a master bedroom with attached bath and a private laundry/storage/utility room off the second bathroom. Although this is a basement apartment, it does not feel like a basement with normal ceiling height, lots of windows and natural light. $25 application fee per adult to cover my costs to get background and credit checks completed. If you have a recent background and credit check from a reputable source, I will gladly accept this and waive the $25 fee. I am a small property manager with only a few properties...no corporate ownership here. Call/text/email for more info or for an application.

The city's premier event, Cheyenne Frontier Days, has celebrated western heritage every July since 1897 with rodeo competitions and community celebrations. Francis E.
