About This Property

This sunny studio is sure to impress. The kitchen offers all the essentials and a sunny dinette area. Off the kitchen is a large living space with sizable windows and newer floors. There's plenty of room here for a queen bed, couch, desk, and tv. Off of the living area is a large closet with doors that lead into the clean white bathroom. This unit comes with one portable A/C unit as window units are not allowed. Here comes THE BEST PART: This building sits on the only private beach left on the north side of Chicago. From the first floor of the building, you can step onto the giant private patio, walk down the stairs into the sand and have a swim in Lake Michigan and it's all private to residents of the building. The patio has communal gas grills. It would be really hard to live here and not take up kayaking or paddle boarding as the building also has easy affordable beachside storage for your non-motor watercrafts. The first floor also offers a large party room with amazing lake views. All utilities (and basic cable) are included in the rent except for internet. Plenty of public transportation and grocery stores nearby. The building does not have any parking but there is a garage at the end of the block that offers monthly parking. No pets, no exceptions. Tenants need to make 3x the rent and have credit of 680+. Currently tenant occupied, will need to give at least 24 hour notice before viewing. $500 move in fee, $250 building move in fee. First month's rent due at lease signing.
