Garage has two beach cruisers to use at your leisure, boogie boards, sand toys and four beach chairs! 30-Day Rental Requirements All reservations for 30 nights or longer must be made by phone. Completion of an online application is required, including a credit and background check. Rates for stays of 30 nights or more are subject to change and may vary by season. Summer rates (June–August) are typically higher, while winter rates (September–May) are generally lower.
