The downstairs suite includes a kitchenette, a full bathroom with a shower, an open bedroom and living space with a king bed and a twin daybed with trundle, and a washer/dryer. The upstairs home features a full kitchen and dining area, a living room, a master suite with a king bed and a full bathroom, two additional bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the second with a full bed with a twin trundle and an additional twin bed), and a second full bathroom. Pool heat is available for $30 per day, with inquire for terms and conditions, and one dog under 50 lbs is permitted for each stay with a $150 non-refundable pet fee.
