The spacious living area flows effortlessly into the dining space and modern kitchen, making it easy to gather, cook, and connect with loved ones. Large windows flood the space with natural light and bring the beauty of the outdoors in. After a day of beachcombing, fishing, or exploring the nearby parks and attractions, unwind on the deck or enjoy a quiet evening in the comfortable indoor space. Whether you're planning a long vacation or a weekend escape, "About Time" offers a relaxing and rejuvenating environment that feels like a true home away from home. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles including a boat on a trailer. Pets are allowed, with dogs only (maximum of 2 per reservation). Each dog must weigh no more than 30 lbs and a pet fee of $150 plus tax applies per dog. With its prime location, serene setting, and direct access to both water and local highlights, this home is more than just a place to stay—it's a place to make lasting memories. Local attractions include Gulf Shores Public Beach, Gulf State Park, Waterville USA, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, The Hangout, Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, Gulf Shores Museum, Adventure Island, Fishing Charters, and The Wharf at Orange Beach. Boating access is available, but motorized boats cannot be pulled up to the deck at the house. They can be launched at the community launch and tied up at the community pier. Large boats are not recommended due to the shallow water in Little Lagoon. Access to the lagoon may change due to tides. Beach towels are not provided. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. No parties or events are allowed, with violators charged a $500 fine. A traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation, and a State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. [SI]
