Landscape and maintenance onsite: Snow removal of roadways and up to your doorstep. General maintenance requests can be phoned in or emailed and are serviced within a 24-48 hour period. Emergency maintenance can be reached 24/7 for emergencies regarding heat, hot water, air conditioning, etc. Parking is a separate monthly charge of $30 per car for the outdoor unassigned space.
