Welcome to our charming, fully furnished private studio, nestled behind our lovely College Park bungalow. This cozy retreat is ideal for traveling professionals or anyone in need of a midterm stay. Utilities are included, so you can settle in comfortably without any additional hassle. The studio is a private, standalone space that comfortably accommodates 1-2 guests. You'll enjoy the serene surroundings of a 10-acre park located right in front of the main home. Inside, you'll find a plush queen bed and a full bathroom for your convenience. Unwind with a Smart TV, perfect for streaming your favorite shows, and stay connected with fast WiFi. There's a designated private parking space, with additional street parking available if needed. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and toaster. We've also stocked a coffee station and provided dishes, flatware, glasses, cooking utensils, and pots and pans. Please note that there is no dishwasher. For your convenience, a clothes washer and dryer are available in an exterior utility room, complete with starter laundry detergent. Step outside to your own private backyard, featuring comfortable Adirondack chairs and charming market lights perfect for relaxing in the evening.
