About This Home
Feel at home in this centrally located property comprised of two separate apartments, offering a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 1 half bathroom. One unit features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, while the other offers 1 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms. Enjoy the convenience of two kitchens, two living rooms, two laundry areas, two full bathrooms, and a half bathroom. The 3-bedroom unit was originally a palatial studio but has been partitioned into a 3-bedroom space. A queen air bed is available for use. This property is in a highly walkable location, perfect for exploring the city. The streetcar stop is just blocks away (free), and scooters, Ubers, and rental bikes are readily available. You'll be close to popular bars, restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and local attractions like Bell Event Center, Woodward Theater, The Vestry, Music Hall, and Washington Park. The local sports stadiums, music venues, and the University of Cincinnati are also nearby. The neighborhood, Over the Rhine, is known as Cincinnati's downtown, food, and nightlife destination. It's near Old Saint Mary's Church, Woodward Theater, Music Hall, and Memorial Hall. Privacy is limited in the 3-bedroom section of the property, as the walls between bedrooms do not reach the ceiling. Because of this, the 3-bedroom loft is best enjoyed with friends or family with whom you have a comfortable relationship. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm to 8 am. The neighborhood is a mixed-income, urban neighborhood, and it can be a bit noisy on Friday and Saturday nights. Cleanup of human biomaterial (e.g., vomit, defecation) will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for cleanup of excessive pet hair. Stains on the carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or the cost to replace, whichever is higher. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. If security/fire department/police fees or other costs arise out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost. The minimum security fee is $150. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent, and throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code. Smoking or lighting anything is not allowed in this property, and will incur a $300 cleaning fee. The sleeping arrangements are as follows: 4 queen beds, 1 sleeper sofa, and 1 sofa (not sleeper). You'll enjoy the use of a private roof patio. [SI]
