Close to the capital as well! This apartment has been updated with subway tile backsplash and tiled bathroom, but still has the historic charm throughout with 12 foot tall ceilings and large windows to let in natural light. The carpet in the living room and bedroom is new. This is a great unit for anyone who wants to stay downtown and walking distance to groceries, shops, restaurants, public transit, and laundromats. There is no parking however with permit parking is an additional cost of $125! Hard to get in Montpelier! The tenant pays for electric which is also the heat.
