Its updated and its in a quiet location, close to downtown ... lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Great spot for one person. No pets comes furnished. Hardwood floors, stone countertops in the kitchen and electric stove, deep sink, custom cabinets. On street parking. No Washer and dryer. No smoking, no yard access. Electric heat. Hot Water and internet. included. Electricity and heat will run $75 most the year and winter will be between 200-400 a month. One ac unit provided for your use. Comes furnished. Stairs are steep going to the second floor and not suitable for people that my have issues going up and down steps. No storage is available with the unit. No subletting allowed.
