I moved in August of 2024, and renewed my lease for the 2025-2026 year as well. This is a great apartment for Freshman due to it's location. Most Freshman courses will be scattered throughout campus, and 12 North is the perfect walking distance to all of my classes. The maintenance team has been super helpful the whole time I've been here as well.

Very lovely staff always super kind and helpful with any questions or issues this is my second year here and I just resigned for my third. Small apartment but lots of storage room and everything necessary for a college student near campus!
The location is amazing for Texas A&M, and the staff is extremely flexible/ adaptable to make it a home away from home. A local business treatment with the great organization of a corporate company!
1. staff is inactive and slow to respond, they are not always working/active during listed hours 2. inconsistent fees and does not respond to calls/msgs for months 3. random fire alarms every other day, sometimes more 4. certain "amenities" either do not work or are out of order 5. maintenance barges in random hours into your unit
I’ve been living at 12 north for 2 semesters now and it’s not a big spacious apartment but it’s good for the price. I live in a 2x2, the gym is nice and small, the courtyard and pool room are fun, and the staff is very friendly! Maintenance is quick about fixing things too.

I moved here over a year ago and have loved staying at 12 North. It is very close to campus and easy to walk there. Lots of food places to walk to nearby. The maintenance and staff are great and very helpful. And the apartment is well-maintained, nice, and updated regularly. Overall I have had an amazing experience here and plan to continue living here.

Great Apartment for those who want to be close proximity to campus and like walking. Prices are low and rooms are sufficient for college students. Amenities at 12 North are also amazing and better than most apartments.

toured with Lexi! me and my roomate loved the property and Lexi was so sweet. we signed immediately and are excited to move in!!!
this place has the best workers. they are always so nice and helpful.
If you're an Engineering major these apartments are a good location.
My daughter is currently a resident here for her freshman year at A&M. As a mom I love the distance from knowing she will get to class on time. Maintenance requests get taken care of in a decent time frame.
I think this place is pretty great because the amenities are very nice! To me, it is a good location, a little nosy sometimes. I enjoy the pleasant staff as well :)

I love living here! I moved here when they were the Tradition and I honestly love saying I live at 12 North better! It's walking distance to campus and right next to all of the best nightlife in town. 10 out of 10 would recommend living here!
