You'll have a dedicated parking spot in the driveway as well as a patio area for any plants you may want to grow. If you're a fan of Disneyland, you're in walking distance from the park! A short 15 minute walk is all it takes to get to the resort area. Grocery store is 2 minutes away and endless shops within a 5 minute drive. Lots of public transit options also available nearby. Total rent is $2,250. Base rent is $2,100 and ALL utilities (electric, water, gas, internet) at a monthly charge of $150 will be included with your rent.
