About This Property

Property Id: 1491670 There are three rooms available for rent. They're all pretty spacious with a good size closet. It is in a townhouse community but is detached so there are no shared walls. The house is clean and well taken care of. Location: It is just south of Village East near Parker Rd and Peoria. It's a great location, we love it. It's less than 5 minutes from Cherry creek state park and 2 minutes to the Light-rail station (~8 minute walk). It's also a quarter mile from a king soopers (less than 5 minute walk) which is super convenient. There is a pool and tennis courts that you will have access to as amenities! The house is 3 levels. My fiance and I have a bedroom, bathroom, and living room on the upper level where we'll spend most of our time. The lower level has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom so you will share the bathroom with another roommate (possibly 2), but not with us. This could also be a good set up if looking for a place to rent with your friend or 2 friends!
