My husband and I are currently renting this apartment and need to transfer the remainder of our lease to someone! We are in the process of buying a house and need to transfer our lease so that we won't get penalized for breaking the lease. Whoever takes over our lease would need to complete an application with the apartment complex (NOT US... We will not see any of your personal info! The whole application process will be done in the apartment manager's office), 6 weeks pay stubs (proof of income), pass a credit check with an $85 application fee and be approved by management... We need someone who is available to move in on August 1st You would take over a lease that expires Feb 28, 2018 Security Deposit is only $500 WITH EXCELLENT CREDIT!! If your credit is less than great then your deposit will be higher (up to 2 months rent)... The apartment manager will let you know after he takes your application and runs your credit. Rent is $968 and is Due on the 1st of every month (you can pay online with a credit card!) Tenants must also pay for water and electric... Our average water bill is about $35-$40 per month for 2 adults and our electric bill ranges from about $75 in cool weather months to about $140 in really hot weather months due to us running the central air conditioning on blast all day & night! This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is about 750 square feet The bedroom is HUGE! and it features an amazing walk in closet! The bedroom is the only room that has carpet and the rest of the apartment has tile floor. This apartment has a big sliding glass door that opens to a spacious screened in balcony (with 4th floor views) There is plenty of storage space! In the entry way, there is a big coat closet and a separate pantry closet The living room and dining room areas are completely open floor plan and the kitchen has a partial opening that you could put bar stools up to the countertop and turn it into an eating area. The appliances that come with the apartment is a double door fridge and a stove/oven This apartment has central air conditioning (that works amazing!) The bathroom is a decent size and features a shower/tub combo also a big mirror vanity with under sink storage space. The apartment complex has a beautiful pool, playground area and a BBQ/Picnic area There is no assigned parking but there is a huge parking lot with tons of spaces all around There is a laundry room on every floor where you pay $1.50 for each wash or dry There are 2 elevators and also 3 stairwells There is a management office onsite (also open on weekends)... Also security guards on site It is located right next to Broward Central Park and a few blocks from the Sadkin Community Center and across the street from a mall (Winn Dixie, Dollar Tree, Fitness Center etc..)!! It is right off of State Route 7 (441) and Sunrise Avenue... equal distance from the Florida turnpike and I-95 Unfortunately, this complex has a strict no pets policy :-( Please email me or text me at 954-543-0431 if you are interested...
