The space is an open concept, connecting the bedroom and living space with the bedroom entrance having a curtain for privacy. This space features 2 beds, 1 bed, and 1 pullout couch, 1 bath, kitchen, and a dedicated workspace. Other amenities provided: - TV - Coffee - Shampoo - Conditioner - Hair Dryer Neighborhood is quiet with only one way in and out (no outlet), so no need to worry about thru traffic from Nicholasville Road. Nicholasville Road can have traffic depending on the time of day and day of the week (rush hour, downtown events, etc.) Private entry is up the small set of stairs on the left side of the house. The door code will be provided before your arrival - the only access to your space is through the left side entrance up the stairs. Parking - Park on the street in front of the property on Suburban Court. For your convenience, everything can be done via phone or email. However, if any problems, questions, or emergencies arise, I am available when needed.
