Love living here
Moved in late June 2023, which I have now lived here for two months. So far it has been a good experience. The leasing office staff are very nice, maintenance has been great and fast about taking care of any issues. I was a little nervous about all of the warnings and reviews about the towing and booting of vehicles but it appears that if you follow the rules they leave you alone. During my leasing process, the leasing office and when registered my vehicles with the company (LMS) who enforces the parking rules provided very detailed information about what you can or can’t do and what will happen if you violate the rules. I have seen a couple of vehicles booted so I assume they didn’t follow the rules. I have two vehicles and one is register with LMS and the other is parked in a guest parking spot. I have not had any issues so far. It’s April 2025 and I still enjoy living here in this community. Office and maintenance staff are awesome!

I could have written a book concerning 119 South when we first moved in but not anymore. This place is in need of TLC before it is to late. It used to be as beautiful and clean as a resort but now no one seems to care. Sad! Glad our home is almost completed so we can move.

I am incredibly satisfied with my living situation. I could not ask for a better and more stable space here. Everyone is a joy to work with, we've been helped when rent has been a bit of a hardship and I've felt more safe here than I have in years. AMAZING
Absolutely my favorite apartment thus far! I have lived in a couple apartments and 119 has been at the top! Dusty is such a gem and helped in any way possible. I noticed a review regarding parking - I think people have unrealistic expectations. I noticed the tow truck coming around multiple times. Definitely five stars!

Would NOT recommend
This place looks better than it is. I lived there for over 3 years and have only bad things to say. The rent is outrageous for where it’s located. People steal packages and leave dog poop all over the grounds. Parking is awful and you have to compete for spots. Our apartment had mold and AC/heating problems. Just don’t live here.

YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE!!!!!
Very poor management!!!! They give you a parking pass but they do not enforce it so half the time you will not have a place to park by your apartment, they don't enforce garbage pick up, people leave trash out starting on Friday mornings (there is no trash pick up Friday and Saturday)

It's probably a strange observation but my cats do not hiss at the maintenance workers. I had an issue with my AC where they had to be in my apartment for hours and they were very respectful and furthermore, I did not feel unsafe. I trust my cats' judgment.
