Renter will pay all utilities including Colorado Springs Utilities, Mountain View Electric, and Woodman hills metro district for water, sewage, and rec centers(pools/basketball/gym/fitness classes). Pre-approved dogs are allowed with non-refundable $250 deposit and $30 per month per pet. No cats allowed. No smoking allowed. Criminal, background, and credit check completed through a online application process. Each person over 18 must be on the application and it costs $30 per person. Minimum credit score considered is 650. No past evictions, stable proof of employment, must make at least three times the rent amount, positive previous rental references, and must provide last three months bank statements.
