My husband and I have raised our family and are ready to downsize. My husband is a retired general contractor and I'm an architect so this house has been upgraded, and maintained meticulously. The lot is 12K sqft with a pool and pond (please feed my fish for me), fruit trees, raised garden beds and an enclosed chicken coop area that could be used as a dog run. The list of features goes on and on. There are 4 bedrooms in the house but there is also a big pool house with a bathroom in the back as well. We are offering it furnished as a month to month rental. But will consider a longer lease and can offer it unfinished.
