The security hold will be automatically and fully refunded 3 days after your stay if you do not cause excess cleaning or damage during your stay. You will also have to submit pictures of photo IDs for all adults on the reservation, as this is a requirement of the complex you'll be staying at. Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through a third-party provider to ensure compliance with short-term rental regulations and provide extra protection.
