With ample space to sleep 18 guests, this cozy haven offers modern amenities, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and a seasonal above-ground saltwater pool. Family-friendly and welcoming to pets with a fee, this home ensures you feel "at home." Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Inside, the comfortable living room with a sofa bed and SmartTV leads to the fully equipped eat-in kitchen. A farm table, a smaller dining table, and countertop seating are perfect for enjoying meals and fellowship with your group. The bedrooms in this home are large, with the first featuring three double beds, the second two double beds, the third two double beds, and the last bedroom a queen bed. Outside, a charcoal grill is available year-round, and the above-ground saltwater pool is open seasonally until October 1st. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Additional cleaning fees will apply if there is evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home. Located in Briarwood in the midtown area, this home is just a short drive from downtown. While some guests have expressed concerns about the neighborhood, we have never experienced any security issues and believe it to be a great area. If you have any concerns, we are happy to discuss them before booking. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged. The pool is temporarily out of service and not available for guest use. Weekly maintenance and cleaning are performed on the pool, requiring access to the yard/pool area on service days. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM to respect the residential area. Violating quiet hours may result in reservation cancellation without a refund. Smoking is prohibited, and a $500 damage charge applies if evidence of smoking is found. Parties are not allowed, and any damage to the home or furnishings during your stay will be your responsibility. Excessive trash left at the property will incur a $100 charge for third-party removal.
