It is right on the historical Short North District, one block away from the local Kroger Market, 3 minutes to The Ohio State University campus, 5 minutes drive to the Greater Columbus Convention Center and Downtown Columbus area, 8 minutes drive to the Nationwide Arena Stadium and Nationwide Children's Hospital, 10 minutes drive to CMH airport and Easton Town Center Mall, and offers easy access to all major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the centrally located downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. A $500 charge will be applied for breaking any house rules. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge.
