Description Spacious first floor apartment (not a condo) in two family available December 31, 2025. Large living room (approx. 24 x 15), large dining room, two large bedrooms, and equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, beautiful hardwood floors throughout. Living room has a powerful air conditioner. Both bedrooms have an air conditioners. Bedrooms have windows on opposite walls, put a fan in one window and draw cool air thru the other. Great for cool nights with cross thru ventilation.. Free washer/gas dryer in basement along with shelving for storage. Off-street parking. Safe neighborhood in Mt. Lookout/Hyde Park. No dogs please, cats are ok. My wife and I lived on the second floor apartment for 25 years. The apartment has its own gas furnace, gas hot water heater, gas stove and a gas clothes dryer. In most apartments those appliances are electric. Gas is not as expensive as electric. I do not believe in a lease rather this is a rental agreement where you do not have to commit to 12 months. If you move out before 12 months you will lose your deposit however if you stay a year or more, give a 30 day notice, leave the apartment in the same condition you will get most if not all your deposit back. I am a person you do not have to fight to get your deposit back. The rent is $2,000 + gas and electric.
