The kitchen is in the back which you can see through a window/wall with a small bar area. The kitchen has wood cabinets with granite counter top. There is space in either the living area or kitchen for a dining table. Ceiling fan in living room to help with cooling during the summer. However, the unit has central air and heat. There is also a 1/2 bath downstairs with a coat closet and storage closet. Upstairs you find two spacious bedrooms with new wood floors, each with huge, walk-through closets. The front bedroom has a master bath attached, while the back bedroom has a shower bath. 2-parking spaces in a gated garage included. The building itself was recently completely remodeled with a new paint job and new tile and stone flooring in the courtyard area. There is a pool and laundry facilities on-site.
