Large open kitchen with family room and separate formal living and dining rooms. Plenty of room to stretch out. The home has a huge screened in patio area and a large fully fenced backyard which is great for the fury family members. If needed for less than 30 days, home can be rented through Airbnb. This home is for rent as a vacation or short term rental. There is $300 pet fee and a $300 cleaning fee. For stays 3 months or less is $1500 if longer than three months it is $2000. GARAGE is used for storage but the home has a huge parking pad that can fit up to 4 cars easily. NO SMOKING INSIDE HOME. Utilities included up to $300. Overages will be covered by the guest.
