Great place to live!

Right in the heart of brentwood, walking distance to so many restaurants, grocery stores, and workout studios. Large units with great management that is super attentive and will get things done ASAP. 10/10 recommend

Unbeatable Price and Location

I have been living in 11645 Chenault for over two years and I love it. My unit comes with free parking, which is a rare find in Brentwood. The neighborhood is very walkable, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and parks nearby. The management and maintenance team is very responsive, always ready to help with any issues or requests. The apartment itself is spacious, bright, and well-equipped. It's the best bang for your buck in Brentwood, trust me. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient living experience.

They have no images of the apartments, only the building and they are unable to answer the phone or come back to confirm a visit

HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE FOR SO MANY REASONS

Building is old and run down. Manager, MJ, is a nightmare. You can hear everything through the cheap floors. Nothing positive about this dump.

Nice building with a nice manager

I became friends with the manager immediately. She is really caring and supportive. The building is nice and quiet and prices are actually good for the Brentwood area.
