The condo has a nice enclosed and private balcony to take advantage to the crisp mountain air :) all bills paid except electricity ($30) a month. Owner pays heat, water, gas, snow removal, cable tv and parking. Washer and dryer in the unit too! Thanks for looking! Refrigerator and washer and dryer in the unit. Comes with most bills paid including gas, water, trash, cable TV. HOA is paid for by owner which includes access to hot tub, pool, game room and sauna. Tenant is responsible for electricity and internet. Tenant must provide proof of renters insurance for term of lease.
