Walk or bike to Crystal Bridges or the Square via the trail system. It's an easy 7-minute bike ride to Coler MTB Preserve or Bentonville Square. Access to local farm-fresh produce and eggs at Red Barn is just a short walk across Tiger Street. Across the street from Old Tiger Track is a public park, playground, track, and fields for guest use. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged and the event fee has been paid; if an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Smoking in the home will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any necessary smoke remediation. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
