Reliable and solid Internet/Wifi. Three empty closets. One car garage for storage (empty shelves for you!). Private, fully fenced and secured backyard with deck, Weber grill, table and 4 chairs. Large grass area and fire pit in backyard. Private front yard. Lawn care is included. Parking: off-street driveway and/or garage parking. Easy and convenient access to highways and neighborhood arterials (Kitsap Way and Highway 3). Close to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, great access to St. Michael’s Medical Center. The Bremerton ferry terminal (about 12 daily sailings to Seattle) is just a 6 minutes drive, and also easy driving access to the Southworth ferry terminal, as well. Walk to Forest Ridge Park (less than a half mile). Grocery stores and many restaurants and coffee shops within a 5 minute drive. Pets: on a case by case basis. Generally allowed: dog or cat, with refundable pet deposit. Please inquire for details. Refundable damage deposit: $1,500. First and last month's rent required prior to move in.
