House is compact and efficient 600 SQ FT. There is a full basement for extra storage and a 1 car attached garage. 2 bedroom, one bathroom. Natural gas cook stove and furnace, electric hot water. Ceiling fans in all rooms. A/C unit in wall in Living area. Awesome front porch to expand into outdoor living space. I really enjoyed my morning coffee on the front porch when I lived there. Utilities are not included, water sewer trash is paid to the Town of Ordway and currently runs around $75. Gas and electric varies around $100-$125. Pets are okay subject to landlord's discretion, $35 per month pet fee per pet. 1 pet maximum. No dog breeds are welcomed that are considered aggressive, example, Pit Bull, German Shepard, etc. Resident responsible for taking care of the yard, shoveling snow, and for backed-up plumbing repair service calls. Resident is required to change furnace filter at least every month during the winter. Renters insurance is mandatory. Resident is expected to keep the house clean and orderly, If this is not your regular behavior, please move on to another property. Dining table included. living room furniture included if you want to use it. Maximum Occupancy is 2.
