The fully equipped kitchen includes pots and pans, bakeware, dinnerware, silverware, cookware, a blender, and a toaster. Relax on the oversized, super comfortable sectional in the living room or enjoy the backyard patio. Complimentary coffee and coffee condiments are provided with a Keurig machine. This house is pet-friendly with applicable pet fees. Free on-site parking is available on the driveway and street curb. Located in the vibrant Great Hills neighborhood, you'll be conveniently close to shopping, dining, and nature. The Domain is an 11-minute drive away, Downtown (West 6th St.) is 16 minutes, Zilker Park/ACL is 18 minutes, and the airport is 23 minutes. Q2 Stadium and the Domain shopping center are also within close proximity for entertainment. Only 6 cars are allowed to be parked at the house at any given time. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $1,000 fine, which includes the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Guests will be charged in full for any damages or for any violations of the house rules. Check-in is at 4 pm and checkout is at 10 am. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses, up to $75 per hour after 10 am. Undisclosed pets will be charged at $200 per day. You are responsible for picking up after any pet brought to the property. Includes a dedicated office space with a comfy desk chair and ultra-fast Wi-Fi. Dumbbells, small weights, and a kettlebell are available for light workouts.
